How do I connect my Honeywell Wi-Fi enabled thermostat to Wink?
In order to pair your Honeywell Wi-Fi enabled thermostat to the Wink application, you will first need to connect and register the thermostat on the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort application. Once registered, simply use your Honeywell credentials to log into the Honeywell Total Connect Comfort app through the Wink app to link the two applications.
Are there any limitations to using Honeywell with Wink?
While you can set the temperature and adjust the mode (heat, cool, auto) from within your Wink application, the Honeywell Wi-Fi enabled Thermostat does not allow you to adjust day-to-day scheduling and programming from the Wink application.
Using Wink
Sign Up
Open the Wink app on your mobile device and log in with your email address and password. If this is your first time using the Wink app, tap Sign Up to create an account.
Add Product
Tap "Add a Product," then tap "Heating and Cooling," then tap "Wi-Fi Thermostat." Follow the instructions on the Wink app.
Register
Before you are able to connect your Honeywell Wi-Fi Thermostat, you must first connect and register it in the Honeywell Connect Comfort application. If you have not yet done so, tap the "Get Honeywell App" button in Wink, and follow the instructions provided to you by the Honeywell app. If you have already done so, tap the "I have an Account" button.
Sign In
Tap the "Sign In" button, and enter your Honeywell Connect Comfort application credentials into Wink, and tap "Sign In" once again. Congratulations, you are now connected to your Honeywell Wi-Fi enabled Thermostat!
