Oversee and manage builder's team of 8 individuals, oversee and manage list of subcontractors. Manage all in house accounts, invoices, medical insurance. Design and implement Subdivision and individual lot landscape architecture, submit all house plans and co-ordinate with subs from start to finish. Responsible of taking and selecting bids for various construction processes, estimate building expenses and budget. Maintain good working relationships between city and state sectors and related companies. Purchasing manager, and marketing/advertising executive. My goal is to secure a career in the medical sales/relations/policies industry. I am more than capable, and after having a successful internship with the American Cancer Society, Healthcare is a priority and a passion.
