When I was 8 years old my grandmother gave me an old Brownie Camera. Since then I have been an avid photographer. I didn't realize until my father passed away a few years ago and I inherited all of my grandmother's photos, how much she loved photography as well. As a graduation present from high school my parents gave me a 35mm film camera, which I still have. I took a photography class in college and learned to develop film. My interest in photography was renewed when a co worker showed me his digital camera in 2001. He talked me into buying the same one, which led to buying my first DSLR.
