I have worked in real estate since 1996 becoming very familiar with the entire island. My commercial real estate background allows me to understand the market from a very different perspective of how the economy impacts residential real estate. I have completed the course work for the CCIM designation, commonly referred to as the PhD of real estate. I received my real estate license in 1997 and worked in the commercial arena until joining Prudential Locations. I worked for Ko'Olina Resort from August 2001 to August 2002 just prior to Prudential doing research, proposal writing and marketing.
