Sean Smith has led the in-house digital and creative team at Ticketek, Australasia’s premier event & entertainment ticketing company, since his appointment in 2007 as Head of Digital Marketing. Sean combines a consumer-centric focus with expertise in email marketing, website development, SEM, online advertising, mobile marketing, CRM, affiliate programs, online promotions and integration with traditional marketing activity to service the needs of Ticketek’s many ticketing clients. With over ten years experience in website design, Sean’s focus has shifted towards understanding how and why consumers incorporate new technologies into their daily lives.
