I possess a depth and breadth of technical skills and industry experience from which I can draw to quickly become proficient in any industry and/or technology. My experience managing teams ranging from a few people to 200 staff enable me to balance competing goals and personalities to develop a cohesive and motivated team focused on getting the job done while balancing personal commitments. I'm a strong family man with unquestioned integrity, facts that will be attested to by those who have worked with me and for me both currently and in the past. My primary goal is to stay within the immediate area (Batavia-Geneva-St. Charles, Illinois) with minimal travel requirements.
