Ralph has applied his experience in project management, organizational change management, process improvement, systems and software engineering, and enjoying working with people in several books written over the past decade. He and his wife Judy are boaters and have a home on Chesapeake Bay. Their *most* favorite activity, though, is hanging out with their children and grandchildren!
