Born in Washington D.C., William was raised in Los Angeles, California. He joined the Army Military Police in 1975 and served until the latter part of 1982 when he and his family settled in Texas. William's first novel, "I Remember Tomorrow", is the story of Jeanette Henderson; a woman searching for love, happiness, and a normal life while trying to understand her psychic abilities and how they will affect her and the lives of those around her.
