Michael Smith manages the Business Technology Remote Support Team. This team provides BT Support in the offices where they are located as well as provides remote support to other offices in their geographic area. Mike has traveled to most every office and pride's himself on the relationship's that he's built and the customer service that his team provides. Mike is excited to have been appointed as the Transportation Division's BT Customer Representative, working to align the goals of Business Technology and the Transportation Division.
