I particularly enjoy working inside development teams helping them learn Agile engineering practices that keep the code well designed and fun to work on when requirements are changing. I've been coding since the late 70s, my first professional experience being embedded systems for aircraft and spacecraft. I am currently bouncing between the US and the UK with occasional stops in Asia.
