Berkshire Development, LLC is a leading real estate development company based in Massachusetts. Lavalier Alves was born and raised in New England and currently lives in Wilbraham, MA. Before being hired by Berkshire, Lavalier Alves was the Finance Manager at Big Y Foods, Inc a grocery chain headquartered in Springfield, MA. In addition to his relevant work experience Lavalier Alves is also a CFM - Certified in Financial Management, as well as a CMA - Certified Management Accountant. Lavalier Alves is currently a board member of the Oscal Hillel Plotkin Family Foundation, and also is a member of the Institute of Management Accountants.
