Practice includes: - Road Traffic Accidents inc. low velocity impact; - Highway Trips inc. credibility issues & statutory defence; - Workplace Accidents; - Occupier's Liability. Willing to undertake appropriate matters on CFA basis. Gained extensive exposure to higher value PI work, inc. industrial disease, during pupillage with Yaqub Rahman. Long held interest in medical law (inc. clinical negligence) as demonstrated by masters degree in the subject & keen to develop practice in this area. CRIME, QUASI-CRIME & REGULATORY LITIGATION Appointed to Attorney-General's Unified List of Prosecuting Advocates. Responsible for prosecuting on behalf of Revenue & Customs, Department of Work & Pensions, Department of Health, DEFRA, Health & Safety Executive and Environment Agency. Equally at ease defending in such matters & appeared for Defence before magistrates & Crown Court on number of occasions. Experience prosecuting & defending matters concerning ASBOs & Injunctions.
