I am always going in the opposite direction.. when my friends were caught up in youthgroup and church services I was studying buddhism and reading Philosophy. The Year my friends headed off to college I was already mid way through culinary school. Now my friends are all still in College and I am working my way up the culinary ladder. I work in the most beautiful resort in California, and maybe the world, getting paid to play around with food. I love the California Coast, but I am still a New Mexican at heart. that is already more than you need to know... so if you want to know the rest you are going to have to write me.
