I billed over $190k in my first 4 months as a Sr. Development Recruiter at BravoTECH. I have had the privilage of training the entire recruiting and sales staff of BravoTECH and our two sister companies Imprimis and ArtSquad on Alternative Recruiting Techniques and utilizing LinkedIN. Through my training and experience, I learned to thrive in high stress situations and to avoid the "emotional pitfalls" of recruiting, and developed a work ethic that is maintained whether I am billing 100k a month or nothing at all.
