I'm the author of the knowledge management book "The 21st Century Intranet" (Prentice Hall, 1999), and the author of several published articles. I teach, write, and engage in all kinds of capers. My favorite course to teach is "Public Speaking" as it is one of the few college courses where you can actually see the students change before your every eyes. I love teaching "Public Speaking" and am convinced -- utterly and completely -- that my students are going to go on to do quite incredible things. My only hope is that they will remember me when I'm a dottering old bag. Which is going to be any day now.
