As technology moves more of our lives onto the WWW, I strive to keep pace with the changing methods of doing business and living on the Internet. I have worked with customers of small to extremely large networks, and am skilled in getting to the root of a problem in support cases. I am highly customer oriented and have never had problems relating to whatever level of knowledge my customers have. I have extensive classroom instruction experience, and even have created Technical training Modules, and then instructed classes using that material. My current experience covers Large Network Management, Network Security, Wide Area Network support, and IPSEC/VPN support.
