As a member of Kirkland & Ellis' intellectual property litigation group, I have experience with patent, trademark, and copyright infringement disputes. I have represented clients involved in many technology areas, including aircraft avionics, computer science and networks, cellular phone technology, silicon chip design, mechanical engineering, and the satellite industry. I also have experience in commercial litigation, including binding arbitration of complex contractual disputes. I am a member of the American Bar Association Forum on Air & Space Law, the American Bar Association Section of Intellectual Property Law, and the Lawyer Pilots Bar Association.
