I moved to Pueblo in September to work for an international contractor in the Engineering/Procurement/Construction industry and climb Colorado's 14,000 foot peaks while I prepare for law school. I earned a degree in finance and accounting from the business school at NYU and then worked on Wall Street for about a year doing bond origination, but the hours were killer. In my mind, a good paycheck doesn't make up for 80 hours a week of my life. I think I'd like corporate law so I'm applying to law school for back on the east coast. We'll see what happens. I feel like I've seen and done a lot but there is much much more I'd like to see and do. I want to experience all I can from Colorado while I'm here. Most of my time outside of work is spent dining out, lifting at the gym, seeing a movie, going to a bar (and a club if I can find one...I like to dance to hip hop and salsa but could probably use a few pointers). I am intelligent and don't care for stupidity or ignorance but I am very patient and avoid burning bridges at all times. I sometimes feel like a snob but I have never looked upon anyone differently for not sharing in the same beliefs or pleasures. All in all I am told I am a hard-worker and a good person.
