Henry Bucklin has cultivated a talent for implementing strategies that result in increased profitability for his employers over his nearly three decades in the private sector. Henry Bucklin began his career as a member of the Sales-Account Development team at Johnston Paper Co. Within the 17 years he worked with Johnston Paper Co., Henry Bucklin was promoted from the Sales-Account Development team to Vice President of Sales. With Henry Bucklin at the helm, Johnston Paper Co.’s sales increased by 30% and its market share increased by 17%. Upon leaving Johnston Paper Co., Henry Bucklin took a role in Executive Sales and Marketing Development at Cordage Paper Co. Focused on total quality management, Henry Bucklin led the company to become the vendor of choice or sole source partner for numerous key accounts. Henry Bucklin also improved relations at both the upper management and the customer level, resulting in a 14% growth in market share. In his next role as the Managing Partner and General Manager of Operations at Bucklin & Company, Henry Bucklin improved efficiency at all levels of the business. Executing a Kaizen-based business philosophy, Henry Bucklin achieved a more effectual working environment, dramatically reducing internal complaints and increasing profits. Currently, Henry Bucklin leverages his background in sales toward his role as Director of Sales and Marketing of American Hero Art Productions.
