Dr. John Goldener’s long history in the medical field began when he took on a role with Main Line Hospitals. While with Main Line, Dr. John Goldener made a number of significant contributions that helped shape the hospitals’ future operations. Dr. John Goldener founded Main Line Pediatrics and Pediatric Associates of the Main Line, taking the lead in establishing policies and recruiting staff. Dr. John Goldener also established the first Level III Neonatal Intensive Care Nursery in the Philadelphia suburbs at Lankenau Hospital while serving as the Chairman of the Department of Pediatrics. Having maintained an active role in hospital developments up to his last year with Main Line Hospitals, Dr. John Goldener co-founded Main Line Multispecialty Group in 1999. With 20 years of medical management experience under his belt, Dr. John Goldener turned his focus to assisting clinics find experienced executives to lead their treatment centers. Dr. John Goldener began his career in executive placement as an Executive Director, making a number of high-level placements both nationally and internationally. Dr. John Goldener also held a role as a Vice President before striking out on his own. In 2003, Dr. John Goldener established Goldener Executive Search. Since its inception, Goldener Executive Search has expanded oversees to the European market. Dr. John Goldener specializes in placements for a variety of areas, such as pharmaceutics, pharmacovigilance, epidemiology, experimental medicine, and hematology. A trusted name in the field, Dr. John Goldener has placed executives from Assistant Directors to Chief Medical Officers. Dr. John Goldener maintains memberships in numerous medical organizations, such as the Regulatory Affairs Professionals Society, the American Pain Association, the Drug Information Association, the American Academy of Neurology, and the American Society of Clinical Oncology. A resident of Pennsylvania, Dr. John Goldener enjoys reading, cooking, and gardening in his spare time.
