I assimilate technology – in particular, software technology. I love to discover new technologies, figure them out and then use them to accomplish tasks that other people think are impossible. I enjoy teaching the new technology to my peers. I derive great satisfaction by working on projects from inception through design, development, testing, shipping and then refinement. I lead by example, preferring to find and fix problems without pushing it through rigid management. I believe there’s nothing better than working in a team that’s ‘clicking;’ tackling tough problems with novel ideas on aggressive, but realistic schedules. There is always a better way out there and I want to find it.
