My name is Charles Pisano. Welcome to my profile page. I live in Long Island, New York. At the moment, I work in Real Estate and Sales. Unless you have been living under a rock for the past two years, you have heard that the real estate market, at the moment, sucks.
This is what you are supposed to believe, anyway…
The real estate market works in cycles. Given time, the Real Estate Market will turn around and it will be a sellers market. Here is some information about my own Real Estate transactions: I bought my first co-op for $12,000 and sold it for $100,000. I was able to buy two homes with the money that I made from this sale. Of course, I did this in ‘96 and 2000.
You might be asking yourself now, how did I do that? Well, I had some help. I am proud to say that I am a student of Carlton Sheets – and yes, his course works. While I cannot say that I use everything from his course, I did learn how to recognize a good deal.
As a Real Estate agent, I am asked all the time if I would buy a home today? You bet I would; the market is going to turn around. You would have to be a damn fool not to buy a house now! I cannot make it any clearer than that.
Okay, but I have a house and, well, it is not worth what I paid for it, so what can I do?
If you can afford to stay in the home, wait till the market recovers. If you cannot afford the mortgage payments, talk to your bank and see if they will refinance the home. Your last resort should be a short sale. Do not let anyone convince you that a short sale is the right answer until you have exhausted all of the other options.
What other hobbies do I have?
Well it is my dream to some day retire from Real Estate and work from home. In the past decade, I have bought nearly everything that you can think of about Internet Marketing and never made a single penny with it. Recently, I decided to go ahead and begin giving away videos of what I have learned over the years.
You might say that I am some kind of walking Internet Marketing Encyclopedia. There’s nothing that I either don’t know, or cannot find out, about online marketing. Now that I’ve figured out that I may never make any money with it, I’ve decided to share my knowledge with the world. I am currently in the process of building a YouTube library of over 1,000 videos on the subject of how to market online.
