Having spent most of my 25+ years career in software development; I have done both hands on software development and architecture as well as been involved in the project management and other various aspects. I have seen really good projects and particularly poor projects. In my humble opionion the software development industry has come a very long way but still has an extremely long way to go. My goals are to do whatever I can with my experience to help improve the poor aspects, and do my small bit to improve the overall situation on projects and within IT.
