Carol Woods is a Liberal Democrat politician in the United Kingdom. She has been councillor for the Shadforth and Sherburn Ward on Durham City Council since 2003. She is a member of the Council's Cabinet since May 2003 and has previously held the Environment Portfolio and the Finance Portfolio.
