I'm someone redeemed by God's mercy and grace. Ephesians 2:8,9. My life is anchored to the Rock that is higher than I.... I work for the Arkansas Legislature and love it. I have a beloved daughter (mommy feathers-daughter down) and three awesome grandbabies (7, 5, and 2) in my home state of Illinois. Too far away!!! I have an unquenchable sense of optimism that is sustained by the mercy God has shown me through my trials, and by the gift of faith he has given to me. I have bounced back more times than I can count in my life which always brings to mind something my highschool pastor's son, Stan Nussbaum, told me once: "The harder you fall, the higher you bounce." Praise God for padded tushes.
