For many years, I've been doing public education and planning in the areas of disaster preparedness and mitigation, homeland security, business continuity planning, and international humanitarian law. I've worked as an instructor at many levels, with the Red Cross and FEMA, and currently on a contract basis for the Western Community Policing Institute at Western Oregon University doing Homeland Security classes across the country.
