Have achieved over a billion dollars in cost savings, cost avoidance, and revenue generation; and has managed organizations with annual budgets of $100M or greater. Twenty years experience serving in leadership capacities in elected and/or appointed positions. Spiritual practitioner for over forty years, and a spiritual teacher for over thirty years. Master of Science degree in Management; a Bachelor of Arts degree in Systems Analysis; and over 2500 hours technical, management, executive, and community capacity-building training.
